How are my hatch shocks shipped?

I ship all my hatch shocks in a cardboard tube with taped ends and have yet to have any damaged during shipping. All orders are replied via email and an acurate time frame is given and tracking number given once shipped.

How quickly is my order filled and shipped?

95 percent of the time I have all force levels in stock or on hand with my supplier. I then usually can begin packaging and ship out a set of hatch shocks with in two business days max. Occasionally if shocks are not in stock, then i must special order and await shipping to myself before i can ship out to my customer - when this happens I email notify ASAP to ensure my customer is aware and an acurate time frame is given with the customers concent or a full refund is given and I can notify my customer when i have them in stock ready to ship if you wish. Im here to help and i too agree that shipping is a pain.......I try to make it as painless as possible with great communication via email and phone if needed.

How did you obtain different force rated shocks?

I obtained from my supplier the hatch shocks direct from the manufacture with the gas/strength needed charge to sustain any and all spoiler combinations for the Nissan 350z.

Do you have weaker shocks for carbon fiber hatches:

Yes, See the link in the middle of the first page for pictures and videos with the seibon CF hatch
